Eternal vs Temporary Realms
There are two broad realms. The eternal realm is transcendent of time and space and is infinite, eternal and conscious. This is the home of SOURCE. All other realms are temporary and are just a small segment of the infinite energy of SOURCE. The consciousness that explores these "universes" are Gods and you are one of them.
