Awakening and Enlightenment are not synonyms
Awakened and enlightenment are not synonyms. Awake people are aware of the illusion the current system imposes on them so that a few benefit at the expense of the many. Enlightenment is when one becomes aware of their own divinity. It is common for both conditions to be concurrent but not necessary. It is common for people to wake up to the fact they have been deceived yet to have difficulty in realizing they are infinite beings of consciousness currently identifying with the body-ego-mind.
