I know its hard to comprehend that time is an illusion. But science has proven that time stands still for anything moving at the speed of light. That means every photon in our universe arrives at its destination instantly, from its perspective. Even if it traveled across the entire universe, it experienced zero time passing.
I know its hard to comprehend that space is an illusion. But from the mathematics of Einstein, we now know space is actually space/time. So from the perspective of the 4-dimensional matrix of space-time, every point in the universe is instantly traveled to by any photon from any 4-dimensional point to any other 4-dimensional point in the matrix fo space/time. So mathematically all points in the universe are right next to each other.
I know its hard to comprehend that past, present and future are simultaneous and not distinct and separate. But here is an analogy you might be able to comprehend. Think of a song on a vinyl record. You can see the beginning, middle and end of the song all at once by looking at the grooves that make up the record on the vinyl. Your soul exists transcendent of time and space. Yet it experiences your life via the spirit. The spirit is analogous to the needle that plays the song on a vinyl record.
